Our products are heirloom quality and intended to be passed on through generations.
All items are guaranteed for life if damage occurs when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. We will cover all shipping costs, just send it to us for a free repair (or replacement).
This lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect or normal wear and tear.
Shipping & Returns
All belts ship from our workshop within 3-7 days. Items that are hand-sewn (ie. wallets, book covers) typically take up to 1-2 weeks to make before they ship out. Once your order is ready, we ship it using the method you choose at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $125. Please note that we cannot offer free shipping to remote regions at this time.

All our products are USMCA/CUSMA compliant and will not incur any additional taxes or duties when shipping from Canada to the USA.

All our products are proudly made in Canada and qualify for duty-free entry into Australia and New Zealand under the CPTPP trade agreement. No customs duties on your order.
