Our products are heirloom quality and intended to be passed on through generations.
All items are guaranteed for life if damage occurs through the fault of our craftsmanship when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. We will cover all shipping costs, just send it to us for a free repair (or replacement).
This lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect or normal wear and tear.
Shipping & Returns
We handcraft each order just for you. It takes us 2-4 business days to make and prepare your items. Once your order is ready, we ship it using the method you choose at checkout.

Got these chains for a great price yet they are just as good as any fancy chain. Very strong and well made. The color and lay of the chain is pleasing & elegant.

Was missing the clasp. Sent and email and was never given a response. Had to go to hardware store to find a clasp. Won’t ever buy from this company again.
