The English Tan Weekender Tote is my favourite bag for day-to-day outings and Iappreciate the quality of the leather and the craftsmanship. You can tell the totes are made with care by an awesome team. My friend Heather fell in love with my ET tote and would always point that out when she saw me with it. I got her for Secret Santa last year and surprised her with one. She is very happy with it and so is her crazy cat Bus.

I purchased the Weekender tote in Natural Chromexcel leather. It is INCREDIBLE. Pictures do not do this leather justice. It is soft and silky to the touch with amazing pull-up. The color is a gorgeous go-with-everything neutral brown. Because the Natural leather is undyed and received a full vegetable re-tannage, it will darken in tone & develop a striking patina and shine as I use it. I'm looking forward to watching the leather transform over the years. The capacity is great. I measured my tote since the Popov website doesn't list top & bottom dimensions. It measures 9 inches deep at the top (when full) and 5 inches deep at the bottom. It is approx 16 inches wide at the top and 11.5 inches wide at the bottom and it is 13 inches tall. It's really the perfect size tote. The Weekender tote holds a lot, yet it doesn't look huge. The leather is strong and lightweight and molds to your body. The deep outside and inside pockets are really helpful.Popov's strap drop is 12.5 inches long, which is longer than most. I was initially concerned that it would be too long, as I'm 5'2" and generally buy totes with a 9" drop. The more I use this tote, the more I love the length of the straps. It's easy to reach in and retrieve items from inside while still leaving the bag on my shoulder. My husband thinks the tote length looks good, too. Best of all - Popov's straps are the MOST comfortable straps I have ever had. I highly recommend buying the Weekender tote and urge you not to pass on the Natural. It is beyond my expectations.

This is my second purchase from Popov (the first was a men's wallet that I gifted) but this WEEKENDER TOTE, this is for me. Let it be known that I am an avid collector of PLG but the POPOV black tote was calling to me and it is STUNNING. Beautiful hand-feel, comfortable straps, quality leather and gorgeous sheen. I was surprised that it did not arrived stuffed but otherwise packaging and shipping was seamless and well done. Popov customer service also far surpasses others in their category. I highly recommend this Canadian-based company, their people and their products. This bag is to die for and is easily a favorite in my tote collection. Thank you POPOV!!

This is a very rich piece! It has superior quality and craftsmanship. None of my totes or purses have this quality and I have Coach, Louis V and Lou B bags.

I purchased this tote bag in English Tan for my wife, for Mother's Day. She really likes it, and it has been practical, since it can hold a lot of stuff. It doesn't have many pockets, so it might not be suitable as a purse for some people, but it works great for outings, especially with all of the stuff the kids bring. The leather has so much character. My wife tends to really beat up her everyday items, so I can't wait to see how the leather patina develops. I admit, I'm jealous. I'm waiting for a nice Popov briefcase or messenger bag in the English Tan leather to get for myself.

I've been carrying my favorite bag for over a year now and I love it. I'm a college professor I Cary note books, lunch, and all my daily need in my Tote/ purse. The patina just keeps getting better ! I ordered my leather tote bag for a special birthday present for myself and a year later I still love it SO MUCH. It is gorgeous, roomy, sturdy, beautiful, versatile.... It never looks "stuffed", no matter how much I put in it and I always feel stylish and put together carrying it. The brass key fob and interior pocket are amazing details. I love that it is unlined because it is simple, durable and will last forever. My daughter asked me what I wanted for my birthday this year and I said "I don't know, maybe I should just stop with gifts after the tote bag - because what could be better than that..."

This black tote is my current favorite. What I like about tote is the leather is very soft. The tote is constructed with one piece of leather, and it has thick handles like Go Firth Goods. It weighs 1.9lb which is much lighter weight than GFG. Compared with Portland Leather Goods, there is no color transfer issue, and also I like the lighter color of the inside of the bag. Although there is no closure, it is tall enough to cover my stuff. The handles have a 12.5" drop. It is perfect for caring over the shoulder.

The leather smells amazing, the quality is amazing and this is really a perfect size tote: not too big, not small, just right. Perfection. This by far is my favorite full grain leather tote and I have tried a few different makers. I am done with mass produced low quality genuine leather products. I really appreciate the make-to-order hand crafted full grain leather bags.

After admiring my Popov wallets and Field Notes cover, it was time to introduce my wife to the quality of Popov Leather. As soon as I saw the Leather Tote posted on Instagram, I hoped it would be available in time for her birthday, and it was.

I placed my order for the Tote, Internal Pocket and chose a makers mark on the internal pocket. It showed up in the time promised, well packed and even prettier than the pics. Dealing with Ryan and the Popov crew is always smooth with quick communication.

She was very pleased to smell the leather and even commented on it a few times The internal pocket and key holder work perfectly, the size is exactly what she wanted. I measured her other bags to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into, by buying her another bag. When she showed her fellow co-workers, what the kids and I purchased for her, they were all impressed as well. She couldn't be happier with her new tote and has been using it daily since she received it. Of course she asked what we paid, we told her and she said "That's a good price given the quality, I wonder if they'll make a black one too". When she noticed the straps were black, she was even happier as it could now be used with basically all her work and casual clothes. It is starting to show some marks from daily use, but that just adds to it's beauty and she is looking forward to it developing some patina over time.

Needless to say, I highly recommend this bag for anyone looking to pamper or spoil someone in need of a Tote.
